In preparation for the CEBAF Long Shutdown (LSD) scheduled to begin
on Friday, May 18, two sessions of a shutdown safety and
coordination meeting are scheduled for Monday, May 7 and Tuesday,
May 8. All Jefferson Lab staff members with jobs that are being or
will be impacted by the Long Shutdown are required to attend.<br>
<br>
Users who are at the lab and will be working on the Accelerator Site
or involved in 12 GeV Upgrade work during the shutdown may also
attend the meeting.<br>
<br>
The meeting agenda includes:<br>
- Scope of work planned for the shutdown;<br>
- Work priorities, schedule, coordination and procurement requests;<br>
- A refresher on critical safety procedures.<br>
<br>
Two sessions of the meeting will be held: May 7 from 1:30 - 3 p.m.,
and May 8 from 9:30 - 11 a.m. Both sessions will be held in the
CEBAF Center auditorium. When attending, be sure to have your JLab
ID badge with you, enter the auditorium at the first-floor entrance
and swipe your badge at the card reader located on the wall inside
the auditorium entrance.<br>

To allow for auditorium capacity, attendance for the sessions is
suggested below. If you cannot make the session your division or
work center is scheduled for, please attend the other session. Any
questions regarding this meeting may be directed to your supervisor.<br>

If the auditorium reaches capacity, overflow seating will be
available in CEBAF Center Room F113. <b><u>But remember to stop by
the card reader inside the auditorium entrance, first.</u></b><br>
