The vulnerability allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code on computer systems. This vulnerability is specific to Java 7 and impacts all operating systems and web browsers. To protect the laboratory against this threat, the IT Division is asking that all users disable Java 7 in their web browsers. It's expected that this will have little to no impact on your daily JLab-related web activities.
