One of JLab's pool of Zimbra servers is having an intermittent issue. When the issue happens, some users may be locked out of their Zimbra accounts for about 5-10 minutes. If you experience a sudden disconnect from Zimbra, please wait 10 minutes, and your access will be restored. This issue is currently happening multiple times per day. We are working with the Zimbra support team to identify a cause and solution.
