style="font-size: 12pt;">Following discussions with senior staff
about the number of safety incidents and near misses that have
occurred during the past few months, we have decided to rewrite
the schedule for commissioning the accelerator.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal;"><span
style="font-size: 12pt;">We believe this will ensure adequate
time for preparation of the necessary infrastructure and plant.
It also will relieve some pressure points in the schedule and
provide a safer work environment. <br>

style="font-size: 12pt;">As a consequence, it is likely that the
commissioning of the cold accelerator with beam will be delayed.
