JLab Key Validation Begins Today
As a subset of JLab’s property management program, Facilities  
Management & Logistics is initiating an annual inventory of all JLab- 
issued keys. The first step is a validation of all JLab-issued keys.  
The validation will take place Nov. 19 through Dec. 16. During this  
period, all persons must validate the keys that they currently have in  
their possession.
To begin the validation process, please go to the following url and  
complete the audit as directed:
https://misportal.jlab.org/jlist/buildings/viewPersonalKeyAudit.do
The second step will be a key verification for 10 percent of  
individuals as a quality check. This activity will occur in January  
2010.
Facilities Management & Logistics personnel appreciate your response  
to this inventory request and ask that you return all non-essential  
JLab-issued keys to Dennis Merritt, Facilities Maintenance group, Mail  
Stop 28G for proper disposition.
