Dear Colleagues,

Season’s Greetings to all JLab staff and users. As we move into the new year, now is a good time for a quick check on the past year to help our planning during the new one. In the Information Technology Division's ongoing effort to improve service for the JLab community, we are asking you to participate in a survey on IT. This will provide valuable feedback and allow us to better serve the staff and users at Jefferson Lab. 

As an incentive, when you fill out and submit the survey, you may enter your e-mail address for a chance to win one of several $25 prizes. All survey responses will remain anonymous, whether you enter your e-mail address for the raffle or not. So please take a moment to complete the survey and get your chance to enhance your holiday cheer.
