Jefferson Lab e-mail accounts are currently receiving fake e-mails stating that mailboxes have exceeded limits/quotas or that you need to change your password. These e-mails includes links to web sites that will supposedly allow the recipient to increase their mailbox capacity or change their password.

These are "phishing" e-mails aimed at getting you to reveal your account information. DO NOT reply or click on the URLs. DO NOT provide them with your JLab username/password.

If you receive suspicious e-mail, delete it immediately. If you have already responded to such an e-mail, clicked on a link to such an e-mail, or have other questions, please immediately change your password and then submit a CCPR to the Computer Center HelpDesk or send an e-mail to helpdesk at jlab.org informing us that your account was been compromised
