Dear Colleagues,

We are wrapping up the IT Division Survey. If you have not completed it, 
please do so by end of day, Tuesday, January 18.

In the Information Technology Division's ongoing effort to improve 
service for the JLab community, we are asking you to participate in a 
survey on IT. This will provide valuable feedback and allow us to better 
serve the staff and users at Jefferson Lab.

As an incentive, when you fill out and submit the survey, you may enter 
your e-mail address for a chance to win one of several $25 prizes. All 
survey responses will remain anonymous, whether you enter your e-mail 
address for the raffle or not. So please take a moment to complete the 
survey and get your chance to enhance your holiday cheer.
