[All_jlau] JLab Voicemail System Issues - June 14, 2011

Jefferson Lab's voicemail system is not functioning properly today. The issue concerns the message indicator light. It may or may not light up if you receive a message and may not go off if you have retrieved all of your messages. Telecommunications staffers are already working with the vendor to fix the problem. A followup message will be sent out once the issue has been resolved. You may address any questions you may have regarding this issue to the IT Division Helpdesk, x7155.
