[All_jlau] JLab Unexpected Network Outage on Aug. 21

There was an unexpected network outage last night. Jefferson Lab's primary network router crashed and the backup router locked up shortly after. IT Division staffers are working with the vendor to determine why this occurred. Many servers were restarted overnight as a result. Please check any systems you may be responsible for, as there may still be issues caused by this outage.
Due to this outage, the mailing list manager, Mailman, needed to be restored from a Monday night backup. As a result, any messages sent through Mailman on Tuesday and Wednesday will not be in the mailing list archives. Additionally, user subscription requests for any of the Jefferson Lab public mailing lists made during this time frame will need to be resubmitted.
