I would like to congratulate and thank, all those who worked on the 12 GeV CEBAF Upgrade Project and contributed to the completion of the accelerator component, as well as progress on the other parts of the project.  We are in the PAC discussing what more new measurements should be approved.

In case you have not heard, it is official; roughly 10 years after receiving CD-0 approval (March 2004), we have CD-4A approval as of less than an hour ago.  I personally want to thank you and the project for completing early this portion of the project.  I appreciate very much all that you have done to accomplish this effort.
