[All_jlau] Message from Hugh Montgomery: Deputy Secretary of Energy Visit

Dear All,


As most of you know, we were visited yesterday by Deputy Secretary of 
Energy Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall.  In her address to staff in the 
auditorium, she repeated what she had said to us on the tour.  She was 
very impressed by the lab, and especially by the enthusiasm for what we 
do.  She repeated also that our people are the most important component 
of the lab. I should say that the suite of questions which you asked her 
was matched only by her ability to respond in considerable depth to 
almost every one.

Thank you for your successful efforts to show us off.
