[All_jlau] Message from Hugh Montgomery: Safety Recommendations

Dear Lab Staff and Users, We received 31 recommendations and 
observations from the Jefferson Lab staff during the all hands safety 
meetings held on 28 July. Each recommendation or observation and the 
corresponding actions we will take are summarized in the attachment. 
This level of staff participation reinforces our safety culture and we 
place a high value on employee engagement. Addressing these 
recommendations and observations will improve our already strong safety 
culture and I commend the staff for offering this valuable insight into 
areas that require our collective attention. We are asking ESH&Q to add 
these observations and recommendations to our Corrective Action Tracking 
System (CATS) and to follow up with a review of progress in 30 days. We
