The Office for Science and Technology, as well as
the Office for Higher Education and the CNRS office support

tools, such as the Partner University Fund (PUF program), the
Chateaubriand
fellowships for co-supervised Ph.D.s, and international
laboratories (UMI, LIA)
of CNRS and other research institutes, will be described.</span></font></p>
