The systems now are ready to change passwords as the next to last
step for reestablishing full Internet connectivity for the lab. If
sufficient staff and users update their passwords, Internet
connectivity to and from the lab will be made available at 3:00 pm
ET Monday, 7/11. Connectivity will be delayed by one day if the
number of passwords updated by 3:00 pm Monday are insufficient. <br>
<br>
Change your password now in order to keep your account active and
to help reestablish Internet connectivity. After 3:00 pm Monday
(or delayed at the most by one day as indicated above), if you
have not changed your password, you will need to contact the
helpdesk by phone (757-269-7155) to reactivate your account.

IMPORTANT: If your attempt to change your password fails, please
alert the helpdesk immediately by sending an email to <a

with the subject "Password change attempt failed".<br>

Other notes:<br>

<li>On the password web page, you will need to enter a valid
password and check a box that says you agree to the "<a

before a submit button will appear that will let you change
your password. </li>
<li>Do not use three or more consecutive letters that are in
your name, for your new password.</li>
