[All_staff] Final JLab 25th Anniversary Jacket Distribution Today, Tuesday

The final distribution of JLab 25th Anniversary jackets to JLab 
employees will take place today, Nov. 9, from 3 – 4:30 p.m. and
Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 8:30 – 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. in CEBAF 
Center Room L102/104.

All employees who haven't previously gotten their jacket will be able to 
pick up their jacket at one of these distribution sessions. You will be
required to sign for receipt of your jacket. You may only sign for your 
jacket; only one jacket will be provided to each employee.

If you cannot pick up your jacket during one of the final distribution 
times, please contact Michelle Lechman, Public Affairs, no later than 5
p.m. Friday, Nov. 13 at lechman at jlab.org <mailto:lechman at jlab.org> or 
x7617. After Nov. 13 jackets will be available for purchase only.

If you were ineligible to receive a jacket or if you would like to 
purchase additional jackets, the cost to do so is $36.50 per jacket. You
can purchase additional jackets at the CEBAF Center Front Desk beginning 
Wednesday, Nov. 11. Payment can be made by cash or personal check
addressed to Jefferson Science Associates, LLC.
