[All_staff] UPDATE: AC Repairs for CEBAF Center B Wing

Facilities Management and Logistics has a replacement motor for the Wing 
B roof top air conditioning unit. A crane has been ordered to set the 
motor on the roof. Facilities Management expects to begin setting the 
motor early this afternoon.
For safety purposes, Facilities Management will need to vacate the B 
Wing while the motor is being set. Facilities Management will notify the 
B Wing occupants when this is about to occur.
Facilities Management anticipates having the unit repaired by late 
today.  Please contact Carroll Jones, though ext. 7400, if there are any 
questions.
