Colleagues,

Our ethics and conduct as employees at the Lab reflect the professional
and collaborative way we interact with each other every day. In
addition, JSA's Contract with DOE requires we all be aware of the
standards of conduct and performance that are codified in the Lab's
administrative polices. The Lab management team supports this effort and
work to bring awareness of these policies through a variety of means,
such as new employee orientation, supervisor training, and providing
periodic announcements when a policy changes. But we don't reach
everyone. Therefore, a portion of the Lab may not be aware of the
breadth of the standards and expectations.

To address all of these activities, the Lab has developed a short
web-based course. The requirement to complete this short course will be
added to every employee's Skill Requirements List (SRL) on March 5,
2010. From this date, all employees will have 30 days to complete the
course. The link for the course is on the Web-based Training Page
<http://www.jlab.org/div_dept/train/webbasedtraining.html> as well as
/Spotlight News/ on the JLab Insight portal.

Any questions about the training can be addressed to Bruce Ullman
(x7170) or me.

Regards,
Rhonda
