[All_staff] JLab Hurricane Preparations Elevated to HPC-2

All staff:

Based upon Hurricane Earl's forecast path, the JLab Emergency Management 
Team has recommended to increase the Lab's hurricane preparedness 
condition to HPC-2 (Hurricane Preparedness Condition -2) effective 
immediately.

Checklist owners, please initiate the actions listed under HPC-2 for 
your respective areas.

When complete, inform your manager. These status reports will then be 
relayed up to the division head.

The weather advisory team will assess conditions again tomorrow morning, 
and an updated status report will be distributed to lab staff.
