[All_staff] Discontinuance of Pay Advice Printing

/As a Lab cost-savings measure, we will discontinue the printing and 
mailing pay advices each pay day.  The last pay advice will be mailed 
for February 1, 2011.  After that date, JLab staff should print their 
pay advices through Time Collection/ESS (TC/ESS) while on-site if needed.

To print pay advices, log into the TC/ESS system as usual using 
http://misportal.jlab.org/time or by accessing it through the JLab 
Insight page by clicking on Timesheet under the Popular Applications 
section.  When in the TC/ESS system, select Payroll, then Payroll Checks 
from the drop-down listing on the left-hand side of the screen.  Click 
on Print from the TC/ESS screen, and the Print Paystubs pop-up screen 
will appear.  Select the beginning and ending dates of the pay advice(s) 
you want to print and click on Submit.  The pay advice(s) will appear in 
another pop-up screen.  When it displays, use your browser printer icon 
to print.  Please note that you must have pop-ups allowed in order to 
print out the pay advices.
