*UNITED WAY DAY OF CARING*

The annual United Way Day of Caring will be *Friday September 14, 2012*. 
Jefferson Lab is in need of 20 volunteers to interact with the Veteran's 
Hospital patients and assist them during their annual picnic for food 
and fun. Volunteers will assist with set up during the early part of the 
day as well as assisting throughout the picnic. No prior experience is 
required.Bring a friendly smile!

If you wish to volunteer, please fill out the on-line form located below

When filling out the form, under "Select Desired Project Jurisdiction" 
make sure to put Newport News; and in the field "Enter a Specific 
Project from the Day of Caring Project List" put:

This is to ensure that all Lab employees participating will be attending 
the same event.

In addition, please send an email to confirm your application as well as 
have your supervisor send Joshua Cameron (jcameron at jlab.org 
<mailto:jcameron at jlab.org>) an email concurring that you will be 
attending the Day of Caring on this date. Please remember that we must 
have your supervisor's approval in order for you to participate.
