[All_staff] Change in Pay Dates

[Heidi Derby]

Effective immediately, pay day for payroll will now be made one day 
earlier.  Rather than the first and sixteenth of the month, pay dates 
will now be at the end of the month and on the fifteenth of the month 
respectively.  As usual, if these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, 
the pay date will be on the preceding full business day.  Note: the pay 
date is still approximately two weeks after the time sheet period.  If
