[All_staff] Concur Travel UPDATE: Information

All,

Some of you may have received an email from travel at concur.com over the 
weekend to be able to access the new on-line travel reservation system.  
This email is legitimate.  The following article was in the October 30, 
2013 weekly briefs in an attempt to notify the Lab of the change.

*New Travel Online Booking Tool*
Concur TripIt will replace the current Jefferson Lab online booking tool 
Rearden Personal Assistant on Monday, Nov. 4. A Concur orientation for 
travel coordinators and users will be conducted on Thursday, Oct. 31, in 
CEBAF Center room F113, 2:30-4 p.m. Everyone is welcome; no registration 
is necessary. You can also learn more about the Concur TripIt booking 
tool by visiting the Travel Reservations webpage 
<http://wwwold.jlab.org/div_dept/cfo/travel/reservations.html>.


For those of you who received the email, it  is user specific.  Please 
do the following as soon as possible:
Connect to the URL in your email
Update your Password (DO NOT use your JLab password)
Note: If not prompted to update your password, please do the following:
Go to the Profile tab
Click Change Password
Update your Password (DO NOT use your JLab password)
