    * If a prize is not claimed by Friday, October 31, 2014 at close of business, other tickets will be drawn. Therefore, keep your tickets! 
    * Announcements of the iPad winners will be posted on Insight. 
    * All pledge forms should be submitted to Josh Cameron. If you do not already have a pledge form, Josh has hard copies available in his office.
