[All_staff] Reduced Graphic Arts Support at JLab During Rest of July and August

Public Affairs will be providing limited/reduced levels of Graphics and 
Graphic Arts support during the remainder of July and August. If you 
will need graphic arts support during this time, please contact Dave 
Chopard, ext. 7731, email dchopard at jlab.org

- Give as much advance notice as possible. (Same-day work won’t be 
possible. During the remainder of July and August, work will be sent to 
a design subcontractor on a weekly basis.)

- Include your deadline or timeline with work requests. (Be sure to 
allow adequate time for review, sending in revisions and getting those 
revisions processed by the subcontractor.)

- Include the priority level of the work you are requesting: high – 
mission essential; medium – needed but without a time-sensitive 
deadline; low – could be deferred until Graphic Arts is back to full 
work mode (likely by early September).

- Provide a detailed description of the work/graphic arts support that 
you need. (Explain what you need and any special instructions or 
guidance. Identify or provide photos or graphics, text or other 
informational materials needed for the job.)
