or stop by the office in the CEBAF Center, Room B214, to claim your prize. A few reminders: 


    * If a prize is not claimed by Monday, November 2 , 2015 at close of business, alternate winning ticket(s) will be drawn. 

Therefore, keep your tickets! 


    * Announcements of all prize winners will also be posted on Insight. 
    * All pledge forms should be submitted to Krystina Serafini. If you do not already have a pledge form, please follow this link , or get one from Krystina in CEBAF Center, Room B214.
