All,

We will conduct all-hands meetings TODAY in the CEBAF Center auditorium. 
I plan to provide an update on the general status of the lab, highlights 
of the 12 GeV Project, budget expectations, etc.

To accommodate the laboratory community, there will be two sessions – 
one at 9 a.m. and the other at 10:30 a.m. To allow for auditorium 
capacity, attendance for the sessions is suggested below. If you cannot 
make the session your division or work center is scheduled for, you may 
attend the other session.  No standing or sitting at the back of the 
auditorium or on auditorium stairs will be permitted.

If you are unable to attend either of the sessions, or if the auditorium 
reaches capacity before you arrive, you may stream the meeting on your 
computer using the link below.  One of the sessions will also be 
recorded, and a link to it will be posted on Insight for viewing by 
staff and users at a later date.
