Dear Colleagues,

For those of you who have not yet had the opportunity to complete the 
Diversity and Inclusion Survey sent out on Nov. 14, this is a reminder 
to complete the short survey. This poll is hosted off-site by Survey 
Monkey. You can access it on the SurveyMonkey website, at: 
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JYFNMTW

For the last year, we have been implementing our vision of Integrated 
Diversity & Inclusion Management at Jefferson Lab. We created a policy, 
set expectations, and the D&I Council recently completed training all 
our supervisors and managers. The next step is to assess awareness of 
the value of diversity and inclusion throughout the Lab. The D&I Council 
developed a Diversity and Inclusion Survey open to all employees of JSA 
and the Users community. We conducted a similar survey in 2014, and the 
results of the current survey will tell us the impacts of our efforts 
and help us focus our work on areas with the greatest impact.

The D&I Council values everyone's unique perspective, therefore space 
for comments or examples has been provided after the questions. The 
survey is anonymous as we encourage everyone to share their thoughts. If 
you would like to volunteer your support for our D&I efforts, there is a 
place at the end of the survey to do so. This field is not tied to your 
responses.
