Dear All,


As of yesterday, Jianwei Qiu took his position as Associate Director for 
Theoretical and Computational Physics; please join me in welcoming him 
(jqiu at jlab.org <mailto:jqiu at jlab.org>).


At the same time, I would like to recognize the service of Robert 
Edwards, who has served as Acting AD since Mike Pennington left us in 
June. Robert’s efforts, especially during the Comparative Research 
Review of the Theory group, are much appreciated.
