The 401(k) Group Supplemental
Retirement Annuity (GSRA) Open enrollment for CY2010 will be offered
for
approximately one week, beginning on <b style="">December
9, 2009</b> and closing on <b style="">December 15,

Resources will be providing
an on-site web-based enrollment for your convenience. To access the

of this program, you must enter the on-line system, no later than close
