due to inclement weather on Monday, February 1, 2010 and the delayed

Tuesday, February 2, 2010, employees are to follow the guidelines below
for

<u><span style="font-size: 11pt;">All Staff:<span style=""> </span><o:p></o:p></span></u>
<br>
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">If you were already scheduled
for vacation/sick leave on Monday, February 1st and/or Tuesday,
February 2nd,
then
enter your hours accordingly as vacation/sick leave.<span style=""> </span>The
closing and/or late start does not affect
your time entries.<o:p></o:p></span>

style="font-size: 11pt;"><o:p> </o:p></span>
<br>
<u><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Students & Casuals:<o:p></o:p></span></u>
<br>
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">No hours should be recorded
on Monday.<span style=""> </span>Record actual hours worked on
Tuesday as normal.<span style=""> </span>Students and Casuals
are not eligible for any type of leave.<span style=""> </span><o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;"><o:p> </o:p></span>
<br>
<u><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Non-Exempt Staff:<span style=""> </span><o:p></o:p></span></u>
<br>
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Record 8 hours on Monday to
Weather/Public
Emergency Leave or to vacation/sick leave if you were already scheduled
for
vacation/sick leave.<span style=""> </span>Record actual hours
worked on Tuesday as normal.<span style=""> </span>The
remainder of your scheduled work day should be charged either to
Weather/Public
Emergency Leave (up to two hours) or vacation accordingly.<o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;"><o:p> </o:p></span>
<br>
<u><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Exempt Staff:<o:p></o:p></span></u>
<br>
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">If you record productive time
by day, record 8 hours on Monday to Weather/Public Emergency Leave or
to
vacation/sick leave if you were already scheduled for vacation/sick
leave.<span style=""> </span>Record your actual hours worked on
Tuesday.<span style=""> </span>The remainder of your scheduled work
day should
be charged either to Weather/Public Emergency Leave (up to two hours)
or
vacation accordingly.<o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">If you record productive time
with percentages, record 8 hours on Monday to Weather/Public Emergency
Leave or
to vacation/sick leave if you were already scheduled for vacation/sick
leave,
and record up to two hours of Weather/Public Emergency Leave or
vacation on Tuesday, February 2nd.<span style=""> </span>Complete
your percentages
accordingly at the end of the pay period.<o:p></o:p></span>

Emergency Leave charge line is not already on your timesheet, follow

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Click on the binoculars in
the Project Field<o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Highlight the Weather/Public
Emergency line<o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Click on Add to Timesheet<o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">If you do not see the
Weather/Public Emergency charge in your Favorites,<o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Click on the binoculars in
the Project Field<o:p></o:p></span>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Click on the + next to
Jefferson Lab<o:p></o:p></span>
<br>
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Click on the + next to Leave<o:p></o:p></span>
<br>
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Highlight the Weather/Public
Emergency line<o:p></o:p></span>
<br>
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Click on Add to Timesheet<o:p></o:p></span>

is required when entering the Weather/Public Emergency Leave.<span
