The Lab's performance review cycle is October 1 - September 30
each year. This year's performance appraisal process officially
begins Monday, September
27, 2010. From September 27-October 1, 2010, all supervisors need
to
activate their employees'<font color="#000000"> performance
appraisals. </font> <br>
<br>
<b>Supervisors are encouraged to take a moment to:</b><br>
</font>
<ul>
<li><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">Review performance
expectations from the previous year as they are activating the
appraisals</font></li>
<li><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">Coordinate any
matrixed feedback for those employees who have been supporting
other
groups outside their home unit. </font></li>
</ul>
<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">Once activated, employees
can then complete their self assessments. <u>All self
assessments
should be completed by October 13, 2010</u>. <br>

In the event you are away and need to access your performance
appraisal, you may do so by obtaining a Personal Identification
Number
(PIN) from Bruce Ullman (x. 7170), April Sessoms (x. 7663) or
Cassandra Andrews (x. 7068).<br>
