<b>Required All Hands Meeting for Long Shutdown: Sessions May 7
& May 8</b><br>

In preparation for the CEBAF Long Shutdown (LSD) scheduled to begin
on Friday, May 18, two sessions of a shutdown safety and
coordination meeting are scheduled for Monday, May 7 and Tuesday,
May 8. All Jefferson Lab staff members with jobs that are being or
will be impacted by the Long Shutdown are required to attend.<br>
<br>
Users who are at the lab and will be working on the Accelerator Site
or involved in 12 GeV Upgrade work during the shutdown may also
attend the meeting.<br>
<br>
Two sessions of the meeting will be held: Monday, May 7 from 1:30 -
3 p.m., and Tuesday, May 8 from 9:30 - 11 a.m. Both sessions will
be held in the CEBAF Center auditorium. When attending, be sure to
have your JLab ID badge with you, enter the auditorium at the
first-floor entrance and swipe your badge at the card reader located
on the wall inside the auditorium entrance.<br>

To allow for auditorium capacity, attendance for the sessions is
suggested below. If you cannot make the session your division or
work center is scheduled for, please attend the other session. Any
questions regarding this meeting may be directed to your supervisor.<br>
<br>
If the auditorium reaches capacity, overflow seating will be
available in CEBAF Center Room F113. But remember to stop by the
card reader inside the auditorium entrance, first.<br>

<b>JLab to Hold Lab-Wide Cleanup May 7-11</b><br>
<br>
Jefferson Lab will hold a lab-wide spring cleanup May 7-11 in
advance of the May 19 Open House. The cleanup will involve all
divisions and all employees.<br>
<br>
For this cleanup, scrap metal dumpsters will be put in the Test Lab
High Bay (Bldg 58) and on the Accelerator Site at the South Access
Building (Bldg. 38); Material Handling Equipment Storage 2 near
Halls A, B and C; and between Buildings 87 and 89. Adjacent areas
will be marked for wood, cardboard and excess equipment.<br>
