signed employee timesheets for January 16-<font face="Helvetica,
Arial, sans-serif">31</font>, 2014 are <b>due to supervisors
at the end of the employee's work day today, January 31st</b>.
If an employee is absent, the supervisor should complete and
sign the employee’s timesheet by this same deadline.<br>
<br>
<b>Supervisor and project manager approvals</b> on these
timesheets <b>are due to Finance no later than 2 p.m. on
Monday, February 3rd</b>. As a reminder, Jefferson Lab does
not have compensatory time as a form of payment for overtime.
Please remember that for non-exempts, your timesheet should
always reflect your actual work and leave time for the period;
and for exempts, your timesheet should always reflect your work
prorated as required and your actual leave time for the period.
For those who supervise students and casuals, sign their
timesheets even if they did not have time for this period.<br>

emails that <font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">contain
the guidance for time reporting for inclement weather on
January 21st & 22nd, and January 28th and 29th. </font></font></b><br>
