<small>There was a workflow issue that stopped running behind the
scenes this morning in Deltek Time & Expense, so signed
employee timesheets were not appearing in the queue (tasks
section) for supervisors. This issue has been fixed. However,
the timesheets for employees who had already signed them prior to
the fix will not show as tasks. Supervisors, back-up supervisors,
and division coordinators can view these timesheets by following
the directions below: <br>

Log into Deltek Time & Expense and go into your own timesheet.<br>
Click on Search, which is just above and to the left of your name.<br>
Select the Function of Primary Supervisor, Back-up Supervisor, or
Division Coordinator.<br>
Highlight your name, or name of person or group you are approving
for.<br>
Click on Execute.<br>
The Results section will display employees for that group, so
click on the white box in the first row (above all employee
names), or select individual names, and click on OK.<br>
You can then approve your employees' timesheets.<br>
If it does not automatically go to the next employee's timesheet
if you selected multiple employees, just click on the arrow in
black that shows in the upper right-hand side beside Record 1 of
#.<br>
