[APEX] APEX has been extended 48 hrs -- we need your help with shifts!

Dear APEX collaboration,

The APEX test run has been extended for 48 hrs until Thursday July 8th at
8am.  This means that we desperately need shift workers for all shifts
starting tomorrow morning (Tuesday) at 8am.  At minimum, we need a Shift
Leader and a Target Operator for all shifts, but Replays are also desirable.
