[Apex] Left HRS back in the stack - Cabling work can start - Experiment status

Jack is done with the Left HRS detector stack. Cabling of the pion
rejector and gas cerenkov can start. The cosmics data showed the the VDC
was not working yet, most likely because of the power supply voltage. We
will be able to investigate now.
A few things needs to be check too like readback voltage for the VDC.

If you are on shift or have some work to be done in the Left HRS you can
come in and coordinate with Albert to get started working on the Left HRS
cabling.
