[APEX] Update on today's plans & needed shifts

Dear collaborators,

We still need help with the following shifts:
-- shift leader for owl shift
-- cabling help day and swing shifts (3-4 people).
-- analysis experts during swing and owl shifts

An update on today's plans:
Howard is working on the right dipole now, so we will postpone
beamline tests with the corrector magnet until he is done or leaves
for the day.  We'll work on cabling for HRS-R during the day shift and
continue after beamline commissioning.  Owl shift will be early
commissioning with cosmics (and possibly beam, contingent on readiness
and safety approval).
