[APEX] APEX update on test run analysis schedule

Dear Collaborators,

We're making progress in analyzing the APEX test run data and moving
towards "un-blinding" the full science data for the A'->e+e- search at the
end of the May.

The current plan is to hold an analysis meeting at JLab on May 25th
at 4 pm (call-in number and detailed coordinates will be sent
out soon).  If all our cross-checks look good and if there are no
objections, we plan to un-blind the data shortly after this meeting.
A first paper presenting the results will then be circulated within the
collaboration for detailed review.
