[APEX] APEX Collaboration Meeting April 2015 -- please complete doodle poll

Dear APEX,

We're trying to finalize dates for a two-day APEX collaboration meeting in
April 2015.  We've created a doodle poll here to gauge people's
availability:

The dates indicated correspond to the first day of the meeting, i.e. Friday
for a Friday-Saturday meeting or Sunday for a Sunday-Monday meeting.
Please fill out the doodle poll and also email us if you're aware of a
general conflict with one of the dates (e.g. a significant conference).
