[APEX] APEX phone meeting on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at 3:30pm eastern time

Dear APEX Collaborators,

We will have a phone meeting next week Thursday, October 23, 2014, at
3:30pm eastern time to discuss ongoing projects and opportunities for new
collaborators to get involved in APEX.  The agenda will be:

— Introduction (Dark Photon Status + APEX overview) (15’)
— Summary of Outstanding Tasks (20’)
— Discussion of Outstanding Tasks (20’)
— Discussion of draft authorship rules (10’)

We’ll try to keep the meeting to roughly an hour with additional time to
discuss with those who are interested.
