[APEX] a meeting tomorrow

Tomorrow, at 3 pm will be a biweekly APEX meeting

The agenda is:

1. SciFi progress - Gregg 

2. Radiation MC - Maduka 

3. Vacuum components status (INFN, JLab/SBU) - BW

4. A one man-week is needed from the collaboration 
for the septa magnet

5. HRS: Q1, detector work, update - Barak

6. Vardan would be a postdoc with APEX starting December 2015.

7. Applications for funding from NSF by 10/28/2015
