[APEX] No APEX phone meeting tomorrow; next meeting July 9th 3pm

Dear APEX,

Due to various travels and scheduling conflicts, we’re canceling the APEX
phone meeting tomorrow (June 18th).  We’ll plan to meet again on *Thursday,
July 9th at 3pm eastern*.  Note the suggested time change, which we’ll
likely keep for the summer.  Please let us know if you would like to attend
but this new time does not work for you.
