[APEX] No APEX phone meeting this Thursday

Due to several speakers being unavailable this week, we're cancelling the
APEX phone meeting tomorrow.

We will resume with another phone meeting on June 4 at 4pm EST.  Please let
us know if you would like to present an update at that meeting.
