[APEX] APEX meeting this Thursday, September 17 at 3pm EDT

This is a reminder that we will meet this Thursday, September 17 at 3pm EDT
for our bi-weekly phone discussion.

Note that several collaborators have conflicts with 3pm Thursdays this
semester, so we will try to find a new regular time that works for
everyone.  If you cannot attend attend in person, an email with your time
constraints prior to this thursday’s meeting would be helpful — in any
case, we will follow up with an email or doodle poll before finalizing a
new time.
