[APEX] New time for APEX phone meetings - tuesday 3:15 eastern time?

Hi all,

By informal discussion of the people at today's meeting and a few people
who could not attend, it seems that the best time for those present is
every other Tuesday at 3:15-4:15 eastern time.

If that time does NOT work for you and you would like to attend the APEX
meetings, please email me -- in that case, we'll have to set up a (large!)
doodle poll to try to find times that work better for everyone.
