[APEX] March 28 APEX Meeting is Cancelled

Dear APEX Collaborators,

My apologies -- due to several conflicts, the March 28 meeting is
cancelled.

Our last meeting before the readiness review is the April 4 meeting. That
meeting will have the agenda I sent around earlier, but I'll send a
reminder closer to April 4.

Please send final slides for the readiness review to Bogdan and Kalyan.
