<p>I got a call from Philip who agreed of the plan for the next few hours :

we are finishing up the last run of optics and will do the E/2 run shortly.</p>


<p>I arranged with the techs to come in for the polarity change and with MCC

to have  the pass change happening at 1PM. Thanks to them for

accommodating the plan change.</p>


<p>As soon as the E/2 runs are finished we will call for controlled access

and have a full survey so that Albert can work on the replacing the gas

cerenkov tubes.</p>


<p>We should be ready to complete the last tests of phase I when beam comes

back.</p>
