We are also re-starting regular biweekly phone meetings to provide regular updates and discuss progress for preparations of the APEX experiment. Newcomers who are looking for effective ways to contribute and collaborators from the test run who are looking to re-engage are most welcome!

1. Please vote for a time and day of the week for the phone meeting at
http://www.doodle.com/cv76qxa2kyig5kz8
before this Saturday (Feb 8).
2. Please let us know if you are able to attend the collaboration meeting.

A few important details of both meetings are below:

**Collaboration meeting**
The collaboration meeting will be held for 1.5 days from April 25-26, 2014 (starting in the morning on the 25th and ending around mid-day on the 26th).

The purpose of the April collaboration meeting is to provide a detailed update on the status of APEX and discuss outstanding tasks that need to be completed before the full run. A preliminary agenda will be circulated shortly.

Please let us know if you will be attending the collaboration meeting. The meeting will also overlap with a colloquium that will update the collaboration, Hall A, and JLab on the search for new forces beyond the Standard Model.

**Phone meetings**
We are aiming to re-start regular collaboration phone meetings sometime in February, to provide regular updates and discuss progress for preparations of the APEX experiment.

For now, we plan to have bi-weekly meetings, although the frequency may change with time. Again, please vote for a time and day of the week by this Saturday, February 8 at the link above, so that we can arrange a time that works well for as many collaborators as possible.
