An acceptable time frame for carrying it out would be towards the end of 2017. In order to track the preparation to the review it would be useful to have a meeting where Bogdan (no need for the other spokespersons to come to Jlab) can summarize where you are with the preparation. We can schedule this meeting around middle of 2017.
